Sometimes I have no idea what Governor Dennis Daugaard is saying. And sometimes, I can blame nothing but my own ignorance.

I have a lot of respect for Daugaard and think he will be one of the best Governors in SD history.
I believe Dennis is signing that he plans to cut education by another 10% next year...

He actually spoke about his experiences with his parents being deaf at this years DSU spring graduation. I'm still not a fan of his politics, but I still got tears in my eyes...I think the whole ceremony is posted at DSU's website.
