Rep. Russell Hammers Secrecy, Favoritism by GOP Legislative Leaders

Last updated on 2012.11.06

Just as I'm on my way out the door, I get a copy of this remarkable letter from Republican State Representative Lance Russell, who decries the stifling of debate, secret meetings, and marginalization of unfavored party members perpetrated by his own party leaders in the South Dakota Legislature:

Discuss... and vote appropriately for new legislators on Tuesday!

I am sorry you are so unobservant that you don’t know who I am. If you are what passes for a political operative in South Dakota that is only further proof of the sad and rusty state of affairs in the SDGOP. I will no longer give you more credit than you deserve.
Since you are incapable of doing your own research I will spend just a few minutes looking a few things up for your edification.

That’s where I got tired and stopped researching on one (prolific) blog. Can you handle the newspapers by yourself or do you need my help?

(May I ask what brought this on?)

This is a combination of Bree being coy while simultaneously applying a rolling pin to the side of Troy's head, Cory. It's detritus from a dust up that began on DWC when Bree decided out if the blue to take Charlie Hoffman to the woodshed, and Troy suggested that if she was going to make those kinds of accusations, she should use her full real name.

Bree insisted that Troy knows darn well who she is, and apparently tried to post all those links to your blog on PPs page (which we all know goes over with Pat about as well as a fart in church.)

Anyway, that's how it got here. Bree was probably frustrated that her comment was being held in moderation over there ans so decided to drop her steaming pile over here in order to properly complete her spleen venting and Troy's goat getting.

Who the heck is Bree anyway, Cory? Don't you think it's time we all found out? (p.s. grudznik don't even start.)

All of us could take a lesson from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.

Larry knows who I am if you want to ask him Bill. I just prefer not to have my in-laws name splashed across the blogs. They are the truest people you will ever meet, and they don't deserve to be harrassed over my opinions.

We're all aware that Mr. Hoffman pays no attention to the sirens warning him that there is a hurricane aimed straight for his house, because he is still on the beach dancing around in his underwear and drinking fake (horrible tasting) apple pie moonshine.
