Howie Raising Money for Nelson

Gordon Howie wants to make clear that his announced Independent run for Senate is not meant to undermine Stace Nelson's GOP primary bid. To do so, he's hosting a fundraiser for Nelson today (today? Holy cow, guys, how about some notice?).

A press release fresh from Team Nelson announces that Howie, Tonchi Weaver, and their radical conservative friends will be hosting a meet and greet for Nelson today in Rapid City at Beau Jo's Pizza (ah, pizza! All is forgiven.) starting at a quarter to six. Unlike Rounds, who is hiding from a Sioux Falls debate by throwing his own Rapid City event Tuesday, the announcement makes clear that Nelson will be available to take media questions during the opening social hour.

Just lost all respect for Stace. Hanging out with a known tax dodger, a man that uses his web site and fake tv program to stroke his huge ego to a religious climax.

You are the company you keep Stace. With this one act you have pisses any chances you might have had down the GOP urinal.

I almost forgot, if Brad Ford is there somebody get his picture because I thinks he's a damn figment of Gordoo's imagination.

Hey Bill, I would agree with you if it were the other way around, but Stace is going to need all the help he can get, because he is not pandering to the out of staters to be a voice in the Senate for them. He wants to represent South Dakota and that is what we need in Congress, not another party guy, as both that we have now are or a crony capitalist.

Maybe there is some truth to claims Nelson won the debate.

Pat Powers has reached a new low, even for him. He has posted a picture of Nelson praying and is inviting derisive comments. Tacky at any time, but especially low during this holy time for Christians.

He's deleting comments condemning his conduct as fast as he can.
