Former Supporter: Bosworth Shorted My Pay, Helped Me Apply for Food Stamps

LeAnn Batiz, the latest employee in a string of employees to go public with revelations of Annette Bosworth's deceptive, manipulative, and irresponsible treatment of her employees, takes her story to the airwaves.

LeAnn Batiz is not liberal plotter or tool of "entrenched powers" conspiring against Bosworth. She was one of the earliest supporters of Bosworth's candidacy. Ben Dunsmoor brilliantly opens his report with video showing Batiz at Bosworth's July 16 campaign announcement. And then...

LeAnn Batiz used to support Bosworth's run for U.S. Senate; she was even standing in the front row at Bosworth's campaign announcement last July. It was just two weeks after she started working for the Sioux Falls physician, but Batiz no longer supports her former boss.

"Someone who I can't trust to pay her employees I don't want to be making decisions for me in Washington," Batiz said.

Batiz quit working for Bosworth as a Certified Nurse Practitioner in November. Batiz says Bosworth agreed to pay her a salary of $80,000 a year. The official contract is with Batiz's attorney, but she showed KELOLAND News a letter from Bosworth's Meaningful Medicine Clinic.

"I did not get paid what I was promised or enough to survive," Batiz said [Ben Dunsmoor, "Former Nurse: Bosworth Didn't Pay Up," KELOLand.com, 2014.05.08].

Batiz shows Dunsmoor her pay stubs, shows that Bosworth paid her not even a third of what she was promised. And then Batiz drops the hammer on Bosworth's anti-food-stamp rants, saying Bosworth helped her apply for the program that Bosworth continues to meme-bleat makes people dependent on government:

Batiz says she was shorted so much that she had to go on food stamps to feed her family, and Bosworth's office helped her enroll. It's the same program Bosworth has criticized.

"But instead says, 'Hey, I want you to keep working for me. I don't want to have to pay you. Instead we'll help you get on welfare,' and then to turn around and say people who are on welfare are bad people, people who are on welfare are dependent people that was just the end," Batiz said [Dunsmoor, 2014.05.08].

Hypocrisy, lies, exploitation—LeAnn Batiz confirms it all.

Annette Bosworth never stood a chance of winning the GOP Senate primary. Now that Batiz has helped launch Bosworth's crimes to national attention, we may spare unsuspecting donors from wasting their money on this waste of a ballot line.

Hard to believe Jacklow would investigate the Lederman/Arends/Rounds connection since they are all culpable in fraud: Bosworth's past is likely catching up to her.

Shad Olson, like Pat Powers, probably thinks Google Maps is an indisputable reference.

Doesn't Shad Olsen have a tea party rally to got to somewhere?

I have a feeling Ms. Batiz is about to be accused of stealing business records. Isn't that the Bosworth/Haber/Bosworth-Haber mode of operation?

I just went to the web site for her practice and it almost sounds like she is practicing "quack" type medicine. What I skimmed through didn't sound like she treated patients that had regular illnesses. I see she accepts medicare, but not medicaid. She also asks for donations.

Dr. Boz's most recent daily devotional was interesting. I couldn't stop watching. No matter your age, there is just something that makes you keep watching a pretty young woman who is insaner than most. It's crazy.

maybe talk to your wife about it, grud.

are you still married to LaVonne, grud or someone else now?

That was an excellent speech by Congressman McGovern. Bos deserves the public shame she tries to foist on others. I wonder if McGovern will say anything about this latest revelation from Ms. Batiz?

    Shame, shame on you, Bos.

Good lord, she is so nuts! I agree your assessment Grudz, "insaner than most."

I can confirm the illegal overseas fundraising - I just found a campaign email begging for money in my inbox. I am a British resident with a Singaporean email address.
And of course, she's a doctor so she understands Obamacare is rubbish??? Oh, wait, what about the evidence that says Americans spend much more than the rest of the world on healthcare, but receive poorer care and outcomes than most countries.
I have a low idiot-tolerance threshold, so let me know if my email headers can help convict this silly person, I'd be happy to help.

Thanks Miriam. You obviously have a clear understanding of this woman's mentality. And the American Republican Party's level of concern for this country's residents.

    Hi, Miriam!

Thanks for finding our little South Dakota political fracas. Dr. Bosworth has no regard for law and should be held accountable.

It appears that the FEC takes only written, notarized complaints:

    http://www.fec.gov/ans/answers_compliance.shtml

If you're interested I would suggest printing the e-mail you received from Team Bosworth with the headers, writing a brief explanation of your situation, and citing United States federal campaign finance regulation 11 CFR 110.20(g), discussed here:

    https://madvilletimes.com/2014/05/bosworth-breaks-law-again-solicits-campaign-donations-from-foreigner/

Send those documents (plus 3 copies, if possible, says the FEC) to this address:

Office of General Counsel, Federal Election Commission, 999 E Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20463.

That's a lot of work, but if you have the time, the FEC may well act on your complaint. Thanks again!
