Scientific DNA research since that ruling makes it clear. The child also deserves due process. The feminist complaint is that man should not power over the woman, then why should the woman have power over the child? No more than a white person should have power over a black person. The civil right is called "life". Only a court should take that away after due process. Roe v Wade opened up that can of worms, and it is past time to revisit it.
