A few weeks back, I had to defuse some snark from the Republican spin machine, which tried to portray Democratic gubernatorial candidate Joe Lowe's statements about his role in the Missouri River flood response in 2011 as something other than plain fact.
A little late-night YouTubing (because we all spend our late nights looking up state government videos, right?) finds even Team Daugaard would say Joe Lowe is portraying his service during the 2011 flood accurately. Check out Daugaard aide Nathan Sanderson's introduction of Incident Commander Lowe at the June 11, 2011, flood briefing (timestamp 13:50):
Down here in the southeast area, the Rocky Mountain Incident Management Team C has been in charge of operations, and the incident commander for that management team is Joe Lowe [Nathan Sanderson, briefing, 2011.06.11].
GOP spinner Pat Powers will be casting about for all sorts of attacks on Democrat Lowe. But to contend that Lowe can't say he led the Missouri River flood response in southeast South Dakota is just silly. Even Team Daugaard knows that.

Bret he was already deleting comments this morning making fun of that bogus poll stating the Senate Race was over. It is such a waste of time going over there being all spin with a Junior/High school atmosphere knowing full well what's going on.
The one-liner anonymous comments that proliferate there that are almost childish in nature really makes me wonder.....
He's just a paid operative mainly stirring the pot with deception and deflection over there playing his part in contributing to the corrupt system the rest of us with our various political beliefs and backgrounds are so frustrated and fighting against. I'd rather not contribute to his website/blog "hits" or stats anymore.
At least other local political blogs whether you agree or not are fairly straight forward and honest in communicating or attempt to from what I've seen so far.
part of the reason he creates drama is to get his blog site hits. Otherwise who is going to take the time to go to a blogsite just for canned and carefully prepared press releases?

However, the right church/pastor combination can actually be a little bit fun. That's not common though. Only fairly recently has the RCC begun placing more emphasis on preaching.
