Kurt Evans Signals Opposition to Alleged Haber Candidacy

Last updated on 2014.07.15

Chad Haber's unverified candidacy (Haber has yet to make any public statement about the political intentions announced by his wife's paid political story-ginner Lee Stranahan) for the Libertarian nomination for attorney general is drawing more confirmed opposition. Kurt Evans, a Libertarian who ran for U.S. Senate in 2002 and considered running for this year's open Senate seat, tells the Madville Times that he will challenge Haber for the Libertarian AG nomination if no other candidates stand for that position. However, Evans says he believes someone else is likely to run against Haber. Besides, Evans tells this blog he would rather run for commission of school and public lands.*

Evans says he has heard of two other potential candidates, both attorneys, but he is not naming them at this point. Sioux Falls Libertarian activist and consultant Emmett Reistroffer may be recruiting one of those candidates, a local professor, who may seek the AG nod.

Reistroffer explains his candidate recruitment as an explicit repudiation of Haber's Libertarian credentials. Evans does not go that far. He says his potential candidacy is "more about having the best possible candidates, not only for the future of the party but also for the future of the state and nation."

Evans would be a better possible Libertarian candidate than Haber, given first of all that he is a registered Libertarian with statewide campaign experience. Evans last year held a job as distance education facilitator. According to the income disclosure filed by Annette Bosworth for her fake Senate campaign last year, her husband Chad Haber has held no paid employment in the last two years. Plus, Evans is not known to have participated in any mortgage-flipping schemes or refused to pay back a $200,000 personal loan.

However, an Evans bid for attorney general would flounder like a Haber bid since neither man has a law degree. Evans has a bachelor's degree in math and education from South Dakota State University (Represent! Evans and I graduated from that department just one year apart!). Haber attended the University of South Dakota, where he appears to have majored in fraternizing while seeking an MRS. Neither Evans nor Haber has a law degree or a license to practice law. A big part of the attorney general's job is to represent the state in court, and South Dakota law requires that anyone who represents anyone else in court must have a law license. Neither Evans or Haber could do that job.

But we now have two registered Libertarians saying they will oppose a Haber candidacy (if there is a real Haber candidacy to oppose) and that there are bona fide lawyers considering seeking the Libertarian nomination for attorney general.

Update 2014.07.15 23:27 CDT: Kurt Evans notes the comment section on a later post that the SDLP has four potential law-degree-bearing candidates for attorney general. No names yet. Evans also says he's confident enough that at least one of those potentials will go kinetic that he is announcing his candidacy for commissioner of school and public lands.

Let's note for the record that Lee keeps coming back here to comment. He makes no meaningful points, only answers questions in riddles, and is only here for the publicity.

Lee's shameless self-promotion continues. he's very glad you read the comment section or he'd cease to exist.

  2. caheidelberger Post author | 2014.07.12

And so it continues—"dark obsession" is just more of Team Haber-Bosworth's campaign of unsubstantiated smears.

Rocky, you get it. Thank you.

  3. Roger Cornelius 2014.07.12

On another Madville thread, Shad Olsen is pretty clear that he and tea party as well as the GOP, wishes that the Stranahan/Bosworth/Haber team didn't exist.

Their political lives are hanging by a thread and they are gasping for air as they commit political suicide with their lives.

  4. grudznick 2014.07.12

Mr. Stranahan, have you taken those pictures yet? My friend kurtz was asking about them.

  5. JeniW 2014.07.12

Lee, who are you trying to convince?

  6. Roger Cornelius 2014.07.12

    JeniW.
Lee isn't very good at convincing anybody. Ask him about that 94% of South Dakota voters he and Team Bosworth couldn't convince.
Lee should keep that 94% in mind, IF Chad does run, that is likely the margin he'll be beaten by.

  7. Tara Volesky 2014.07.12

Just curious, can you tell me the crimes Chad Haber has been convicted of? Also I just watched an interview by Lee Stranahan, whom I have never met or have no idea who he is, interviewing a mother who lost her child at the hands of the state of SD while in Custer. This is just mind boggling. When Geanna Score died the media and Rep Pat Haley along with others were all over it. The first I knew of the death of Brady F. was last night, with an interview with his mother by Lee Stranahan. I commend who ever this guy is for shining the light on the children of SD. SD has much bigger problems then petitions and raffles. We are talking about an unnecessary death of a child and hundreds of child abuse cases in SD.

  8. JeniW 2014.07.12

Tara, Lee exposing alleged and proven abuse cases is a good thing, and he should be encouraged to do so.

The issue here is that Lee is trying gain support Annette Bosworth and Chad solely by attacking Cory, without writing anything favorable or positive about Annette or Chad.

Indeed, abuse is a horrible thing, but that does not mean that we should trivialize other alleged and/or proven illegal or unethical behaviors.

  9. Roger Cornelius 2014.07.12

Exactly JeniW, a capable political party and candidate should have the skills to address a multitude of problems at once. Obviously child abuse is a serious issue, Stranahan is using them to advance Chad's Libertarian AG candidacy.

Did Annette miss Lee's memo during the primary race? The Mette case just came up because Lee needed a new cause.

  10. Tara Volesky 2014.07.12

Sorry, I will put child abuse and children that have died in the hands of the state in front of Cory, Annette, Chad, Lee, or my candidates Mike Myers and Lora Hubbel. I just got off the phone with a legislature that was totally unaware of the death of the 17 year old victim that was sentenced to Custer because of pot and truancy and ended up dead. Is this what we want for SD. Do you want to focus on the petty sh*t and forget about the real issues that affect our state such as our children, the poor, the elderly, the disabled and the rest of us that have no voice!

  11. SDTeacher 2014.07.12

You know Tara, Lee Stranhan didn't need to do any serious investigation to learn about Brady Folkens' case. Just because it's news to you doesn't mean that nobody else noticed, cared or asked questions. It is great that Lee and Chad (and apparently you) are now aware of these problems, but it's pretty unfair to imply that nobody but Lee Stranahan knows or cares about the children who are in state custody.

  12. Tara Volesky 2014.07.12

SD Teacher, when Geanna Score died, the whole legislature including the state of SD knew about it because it was in the media for weeks or probably months. Why was this case so covered up that some of the legislatures didn't even hear about it? Didn't they close Plankinton after the Score case? Sorry, not buying it. This case should have been in the media for weeks, and was there an investigation and hearings?

  13. larry kurtz 2014.07.12

grud/pp would love slather over the evans/haber affair.

  14. Roger Cornelius 2014.07.12

It would be interesting to know how Brady Folkens' mother feels about this. Has she filed a wrongful death suit against the sate or anybody else.
If you google Brady Folkens' you will see that the story and follow up was reported by what little we have of media.

  15. Rick 2014.07.12

Tara, if I understand correctly, Lee's interview with Brady Folkens' mother was the first time you'd heard about her son's death? If that's correct, that is mind boggling. Please go to the Argus Leader and in the search field at the top of the page, type Brady Folkens. And maybe pay better attention to the news.

  16. JeniW 2014.07.13

Below is a link as to what caused Brady's tragic death:

    http://www.kbhbradio.com/news/boy-under-state-s-care-in-custer-died-of-infection/article_0bdc77ea-8f3c-11e3-b5c0-001a4bcf6878.html?mode=jqm

Death caused by an illness (if that is the cause of death,) is not the same as what caused Gina to die. Gina was forced to run on a hot day. She was not in shape to withstand the heat, or the running. Janklow insisted the teens in the custody of the DOC be treated the same way that the people in military "boot camps" are treated, and he was held accountable.

If there is a cover-up about Brady, then Gov. Daugaard should be held accountable.

Will Lee's interview with Brady's mother make any difference? Probably not.

When there were discussions about creating laws regarding animal cruelty, some people protested that animal cruelty was receiving attention while child abuse was not receiving attention, making it seem like people cared more about animals than children. That was far from the truth. People were/are concerned about human and animal cruelty and both need to be addressed.

If there is a cover-up regarding Brady's death, especially if he had been neglected or abuse, should be addressed, but it does not mean that alleged violation of other laws should be dismissed, or swept under the rug and forgotten. Brady's death, and alleged violation of the laws both need to be addressed.

Lee's attack on Cory is not justified, or acceptable just because he conducted an interview with Brady's mother.

  17. JeniW 2014.07.13

Lee, if Brady did not die due to an illness, are you planning to hold Gov. Duagaard, and others involved in the cover-up accountable?

Doing some damage to Gov. Daugaard's re-election might do all of us some good.

  18. mike from iowa 2014.07.13

"Sorry,I'm not a fan of Corys......" Well, flat pick me jesus! You must come here for the liberty, equality, fraternity or do you like being abused?

  19. Tara Volesky 2014.07.13

I hope Cory posts Mr. Stranahan's interview with Brady's Mom. I think there is more to it than what the articles state.

  20. JeniW 2014.07.13

Tara, shouldn't it be that the interview with Brady's mom be posted on Lee's blog site?

I checked Lee's blog site and did not see the interview posted there, but maybe I missed seeing it?

I noticed that no one, other than Lee, can comment on his blog site, but maybe I am mistaken about that? If I am not, why does Lee complain about Cory on Cory's blog site, but Cory cannot complain (if he wanted to,) about Lee on Lee's blog site?

  21. caheidelberger Post author | 2014.07.13

Tara, Chad Haber has been convicted of no crimes. He has done a good job of skirting the law and remaining in the background, leaving others to take the fall, or intimidating his victims into silence. I suspect that's part of why we have not yet seen Haber himself step out and declare his candidacy in his own voice or make any statements himself on the alleged abuses being used to distract people from the fact that he has not yet presented his qualifications for the office of attorney general or his explanation of how he will solve the problems under discussion in the office he seeks.

  22. caheidelberger Post author | 2014.07.13

"Lot more coming"—always the striptease, never the goods.

What I want to see coming is Chad Haber, in front of the camera, explaining his qualifications for this office.

  23. Tara Volesky 2014.07.13

It should be a very interesting Libertarian Convention. Cory, you may know this but, is Brandon Johnson involved with the EB-5 investigation? If he is why haven't there been any subpoenas or indictments? The question that needs to be posed to the Gubernatorial candidates including DD is....if elected Governor, what are you going to do about the EB-5 money laundering scandal.

  24. owen reitzel 2014.07.13

"Cory doesn't know me or my motivations, so he does what he does with so many stories -- he simply makes stuff up. Ask yourself why he does that."

Lee you must not have read a lot of what Cory has write. He doesn't just "make stuff up." He lists facts and sources.
Personally I've only met Cory a few times and I think I'm a good judge of character.
But don't take my word for it. My father was a long time teacher who taught many students and it took a special student for dad to mention. One student he highly spoke of was Cory. His intelligence and honesty made a deep impression on my dad. This was long before the Internet much less blogs.

So Lee, unless I missed it, please show where Cory has "made things up" and back it up.

  25. caheidelberger Post author | 2014.07.13

And Lee, you and Tara are mostly off topic. You have your own comment section to discuss the issues of your choosing. Stop acting like Sibby. Discuss why Chad Haber (a) hasn't made any public statements and (b) why he is meeting such resistance from the real Libertarian community.

  26. caheidelberger Post author | 2014.07.13

Tara, I don't have any papers from Brendan Johnson's locked desk, so I can't speak to his involvement in or timeline for acting on the EB-5 investigation. But I would like to hear alleged candidate Haber's discussion of his knowledge of the EB-5 scandal and the specific actions he would take as attorney general to address the situation. Of course, he couldn't take any action in court on behalf of the people of South Dakota, since he's not licensed to practice law....

I would also like to hear whether Haber's SOP as AG would include seeding false accusations of criminal activity by journalists who cover his activities. Perhaps Haber's inability to answer such questions or square such behavior with Libertarian principles has something to do with Libertarian opposition to his candidacy.

Tell me again, who makes stuff up: me or Chad Haber?

  27. Tara Volesky 2014.07.13

Owen, check out Dakota reporter on the story about the Mississippi election fraud. Maybe Mr. Stranahan is trying to uncover campaign fraud in SD. My concern is not Chad Haber or the Libertarian Party, my concern is whether Mike Rounds broke the law with campaign finance laws.

  28. caheidelberger Post author | 2014.07.13

Then your concern, like Sibby's, belongs on a different post, Tara. Tell me why Libertarians, who are as interested in upsetting the powers that be in South Dakota as you and I, would oppose Chad Haber's alleged candidacy. Are they also part of some corrupt machine that won't listen to the truth?

  29. owen reitzel 2014.07.13

Maybe Mr. Stranahan is doing that Tara. That's not why I posted what I did. Lee made, in my opinion, a accusation that he needs to back up.
If he thinks Cory makes things up then prove it. Don't just make some general statements.
Cory doesn't need me to defend him, but I wanted to put out there one person who knew him very well. What I said wasn't made it-it was the truth.

  30. larry kurtz 2014.07.13

Haber is an earth hater just like Evans is.

  31. caheidelberger Post author | 2014.07.13

Thank you, Owen. Your dad was a good guy.

The difference between Chad's attacks on me and my attacks on Chad are that Chad really is a crook. I would not trust someone who takes a $200K loan and doesn't repay it with the responsibilities of any elected office. If he'll cheat a business associate, he'll cheat the people of South Dakota.

I don't know if Libertarians recognize that fact, but the ones who have spoken up publicly appear to recognize that Haber is not a Libertarian and that he will not represent their party or their principles effectively.

  32. larry kurtz 2014.07.13

Lee: pull the trigger on Jackley's, et al. corruption or cease being taken seriously.

  33. caheidelberger Post author | 2014.07.13

"Lies"? No. Statements and conclusions based on evidence and testimony, unmotivated by payment from anyone. I may be incorrect (which would mean several other people who have spoken to me on the record and off are incorrect, and that several documents are fake), but I am not lying. I am not speaking to deceive anyone or to earn a paycheck.

But if Chad Haber would like to speak for himself, I would be happy to converse with him, just as I did with Kurt Evans for this story, and with Emmett Reistroffer for the earlier story on this topic. Real Libertarians don't mind speaking with this branch of the liberal media. Where is Chad?

  35. Tara Volesky 2014.07.13

Larry, check out the Mississippi presser on voter fraud. It could implicate Rounds. It's on Dakota Reporter. They are calling for a new election and want the FEC to investigate.

  36. SDTeacher 2014.07.13

In the Meyer/Hubbel interview with the Argus (which was...a mess), Hubbel indicated that they were planning on hooking up with other non-party candidates to basically pool resources for campaigning. Do you think it's possible that Haber is one of the people they plan on pooling resources with? If so, that would tend to explain Tara's presence on this thread.

At first, I thought "no way" because Hubbel can't abide the fact that Bosworth bought into the ACA by going electronic. But then I watched that interview. She seriously disagrees with Meyers in almost every substantive area, including ACA. Most significantly, she is a born again, Bible believing Christian who has hitched her wagon to a fellow who spent the better part of ten minutes discussing all of his spirit guides. If she can waive her deepest spiritual beliefs to try to put Mike into a significant leadership position, then certainly she could set aside any personal distaste for Chad and Annette. She would be the only potential roadblock to such a partnership because it is pretty clear Mike is going to go along with whatever just to keep the party going. He's bored and looking for a way to use his time now that he's retired. If his outing with the Argus is any indicator, he has no real interest in policy issues.

Tara, Lee, will we be seeing a joint press conference in the near future?

  37. larry kurtz 2014.07.13

Tara: nothing is real until the match hits the diesel fuel.

  38. caheidelberger Post author | 2014.07.13

SDTeacher, all I can do is urge anyone considering a tactical alliance with Team Bosworth-Haber to look at the record and consider how many people who have associated with them have ended up getting burned. There is no profit in such an alliance for anyone other than Chad and Annette.

  39. Tara Volesky 2014.07.13

SD Teacher, are you a conspirator theorist? Well there's nothing wrong with asking questions. Also, I am on this thread because it's very interesting and I am getting a good education. I beg to differ with you, Mike Myers has his own style. People aren't use to authenticity. No, he's doesn't do notes, he's not phony, and he won't skirt around tough questions. Since I am not a legal expert, I will not make any judgments prior to Dr. Bosworth's legal case. And Larry, I hope somebody can light that match.

  40. Jerry 2014.07.13

Lee Stranahan, go investigate something that will occupy yourself. Don't report back please, keep your findings close to your vest.

  41. Tim 2014.07.13

Lee, if you would do a little research on previous posts of this blog you would find the answer to every one of your questions. Try that instead of throwing different sized wads of wet toilet paper at the wall to see what sticks, that is a right wing tactic that won't work here.

  42. caheidelberger Post author | 2014.07.13

Smokescreen: Team Haber's questions about me have nothing to do with Chad Haber's qualifications for office. Team Haber's questions are as relevant to this conversation as playing cross-examination in the line at McDonald's demanding to know why there's no mustard on their burgers and whether the manager has stopped beating his wife.

Chad, step out and tell us why Libertarians should endorse you for office, and tell us how you address the lack of confidence in you that has been publicly expressed by members of the party whose endorsement you seek.

  43. Jerry 2014.07.13

bearcreekbat, after seeing what this asshat Stranahan is writing, I understand your reluctance to put your family through these matters, but sometimes, you just got to kick them in the juevos and beat them with a positive mental attitude after doing so.

  44. Rick 2014.07.13

'Cory : why were you dismissed from your teaching position?'

You are referring to his dismissal in 2001 that is common knowledge? You're a bit behind, try to keep up. And what does that question have to do with the topic of this post? What would me bringing up your pornographic past have to do with this post? To serve as a distraction? Yes. You are fooling no one but yourself.

  45. mike from iowa 2014.07.13

Haber hasn't run.So far it's just someone, like you, flapping their gums about Haber running. What is he running for or is it away from something? Let's see some proof that Haber is doing anything. Is he even alive or a real person? Get him out in public on the record. Can't he talk for himself? I sure ain't gonna take your word for what he's gonna do. Get him out here.

  46. mike from iowa 2014.07.13

BTW-this is Cory's blog. Where do you get the idea that Cory has to answer irrelevant questions from you or anyone else?.Maybe if you cross your arms and blink a subpoena will magically appear with Cory's name on it for your inquisition.

  47. Emmett 2014.07.13

I would like to add Cory, going off the first sentence of this blog post, I'm not "explicitly" seeking candidates to try and block Haber. I'm sorry if I made it sound that way in the heat of the moment. Haber definitely prompted the call to action because he will damage the party, but we're having great leads come in for possible candidates and I don't view Chad as having any real shot at getting the nomination. We have several commitments now, and at least 2 bar-admitted attorneys who will run for AG and represent the Libertarian Party's platform in good conscious.. I want good candidates to run and put the incumbents on their toes.. We need to challenge the establishment on all front, including constitutional offices. I'm not going to rattle off on the Haber candidacy anymore because I've yet to find any registered Libertarians who are interested in voting for him and I'm finding other candidates who will likely get the nomination.. so at this point he's only a moot point. I'm excited for an aggressive Libertarian ticket that will raise hell about EB-5 corruption, big government waste and mismanagement in the AG's office... If Chad would remain polite and gentleman-like we could still work together in the sense of getting his story out there and holding the AG accountable. We will absolutely shine light on the child abuse and neglect cases because they are perfect examples of how the government makes a problem worse that it sets out to solve.
Anyone interested in registering Libertarian and participating in the conference should contact me as soon as possible: emmett.reistroffer@gmail.com

In Montana's 2012 elections the LP took 5 votes from the earth hater party to every 3 from Democrats.

  49. Tara Volesky 2014.07.13

Well, now we don't have to talk about Chad Haber anymore. Any guesses who the Libertarian AG candidate will be? Thanks for the info Emmett.

  50. caheidelberger Post author | 2014.07.13

Emmett, thank you for that clarification... although you seem to be supporting the point that Libertarians in general are repudiating Haber's candidacy, making it a moot point. I hope you are right.

Now, Emmett, names: who's running? When will we hear from them? I welcome comment-section announcements from real candidates.

  51. Emmett 2014.07.13

Thanks Cory-- I will be sending out a press release this week and making sure you're the first to get it. I also have an interview lined up on viewpoint and I'm going to coach some of the possible candidates prior to going public.. I think we're going to get a lot of attention in the coming weeks!

  52. Tim 2014.07.13

That is exciting, is there any reason why Libertarians and Democrats can't work together to try to toss some of the crony republicans out of office? Maybe start to turn our great state around this year, instead of someday?

  53. mike from iowa 2014.07.13

Dems had a million more votes for Congress in 2012 than the other guys and still fell short of regaining the House because of gerrymandered districts. Dems gerrymander, too. Just not as blatantly.

  54. Rocky Racoon 2014.07.13

Lee, here's a question for you that you won't answer, as usual.

Child abuse. Horrible thing. Whether it be physical, emotional, or sexual. Neglect as well. No one posting here will disagree with that statement. I have, in my life, seen first hand the damage done to the human psyche by abnormal and sometimes malicious treatment of children before an age where they have fully developed their own personalities.

Now personally, I could not care less if Chad wants to pretend to run for Attorney General. To borrow a quote, it neither breaks my leg or picks my pocket. If he somehow manages to find his way on to the ballot, i will happily sit on my couch on election night and watch him lose along with anyone else who's interested.

Prescott, Chancellor, and Walker. I use their real names to legitimize them as real people. Mom already used their names time and time again as a publicity point.

These kids, not fully developed emotionally, have spent their lives so far living with an emotional unstable mother. They have no choice in the matter. Their Mother used them as toss-off anecdotes in her Illegitimate Senate campaign. They've been through hell. They've lost their home and lived in an RV in the dead of South Dakota winter because Mom didn't want or know how to follow the rules.

When I see pictures like this:
    http://i.imgur.com/GawMqms.jpg

    ...or this:
    http://i.imgur.com/MhLDVep.jpg

...posted online by Mom herself...Oh do I feel sorry for these kids.

So get to the question already, right?

Lee, maybe you can answer, or even ask Chad or Annette for us: "Could you please stop abusing your own children before you use the abuse of other children as an anecdotal distraction for Chad's silly campaign, which was only hatched to divert attention from Annette's felonies?"

Being the daily devotion kind of gal that she is, I'm sure Annette is familiar with Matthew 7:4.

  55. Tim 2014.07.13

I firmly support an end to gerrymandering of all kinds, the districts should be drawn in equal sized squares and let the votes fall where they will. Probably not realistic but that's what I think.

  56. mike from iowa 2014.07.13

So do I,Tim. iowa draws (non-partisan group) districts with equal number of citizens and lets the chips fall.Unfortunately, western iowa is solidly red so there is virtually no chance of voting out hot dog wingnut Steve King.

  57. caheidelberger Post author | 2014.07.13

Tim, Mike, I'm with you on redistricting reform. Carve districts from fair, logical, party-identification-blind rules, and let the chips fall where they may.

Tim, if I were SDDP exec, I would be open to the idea of sitting down with the SDLP leadership (Saunders, Newland, et al.) to talk about whether we have any common interests in putting forward candidates for the remaining offices. However, I can envision two sticking points:

    (1) The Dems have nominees for secretary of State, treasurer, and PUC. That leaves AG, auditor, and school and public lands. As SDDP exec, I would have an obligation to discourage the SDLP from fielding candidates for the three offices we have covered. Would the SDLP accept dividing the effort and nominating candidates just for the spots Dems have left unchallenged?

    (2) Libertarians exist because they are a highly principled, uncompromising lot, so much so that they choose to be a tiny and thus far ineffective party (sorry, guys, nothing personal) rather than aligning with one of the larger main parties and working for change from the inside. Libs and Dems also have deep disagreements on a number of issues. Could we find enough common ground in the benefits of breaking one-party rule that we could try to hammer out a workable coalition campaign and government? And would it benefit either party to do so?

    These are not easy questions.

  58. Tim 2014.07.13

They are not easy questions, but I think it should be explored, if it can't work then we can at least look each other in the eye and say we tried.

  59. Roger Cornelius 2014.07.13

    Now here's something interesting.

    Lee Stranahan wrote at 11:45,
    "More Cory Lies...from this thread:
This is the 3rd item listed and Lee calls it a lie.
Cory wrote, "No, hasn't broken the law"
Lee called Cory a liar for saying that Chad didn't break the law. Which is it Lee, did Chad break the law and it hasn't been reported?

[Editor's note: Chad and Annette's paid spokesman spread a lot of his smokescreen on this blog. Since Chad and Annette have their own websites and their own money to get their message out, I am deleting their spokesman's comments from this blog. —CAH]

Cory: Is there a term for a person in a debate who can't defend their position, gets angry, and resorts to name-calling because they know they're losing?

West River, there is a term. It is called "pulling a Stranahan"

  62. WestRiver 2014.07.14

Well, I knew that "Stranahanning" was taken on Twitter as the term used when someone is panhandling (scamming) for money for yet another project but I guess "Pulling a Stranahan" works as the term for the question I asked above. :) But, I was being serious..Cory (or any other excellent debater) is there a specific term for a person who in a debate can't defend their position, gets angry, and resorts to name-calling because they have no other defense left?

WR, the usual term is, quite literally, "loser"... as real Libertarian opposition suggests the silent and cowardly Chad Haber will be if he attempts to buy a nomination at the SDLP convention.

By the way, the unborn baby killer that Rounds loves is up for his second parole hearing this week.
The agony that Rounds has put the Ramos through in unforgivable.

Having just taken the time to review quite a lot of the posts on Madville, I see that some space was devoted to the Mette case. That said, I don't understand why more coverage has not been allotted to that case.

Because, Bob, we're waiting for more facts to come out.

Can we count on Libertarian candidates to handle the facts of this case sensitively and unexploitatively? And what specific changes will Libertarian candidates offer to reform the Department of Social Services?

It is unbelievable what Shirley and Brandon have been through. There needs to be a major lawsuit against the state of SD.
