SD Department of Health Accepting Anti-Abortion Propaganda Registrations Now

That Sioux Falls paper made a few ripples last week by reporting that no pregnancy help centers have signed up to provide anti-abortion lectures under South Dakota's newest extreme, draconian anti-abortion legislation (all criticism of which is negated by the fact that I called it extreme and draconian). Bob Mercer suggested the absence of PHC registrations was a non-story, since the law doesn't take effect until July 1. Mercer contended that language in the law makes it "technically impossible" for anyone to sign up for the state's "Don't Kill Your Baby!" registry right now.

The Department of Health disagrees. I contacted the department yesterday and asked if I could submit my affidavit to provide pregnancy health center services now or if I had to wait until July 1.

The Department of Health responds, "Affidavits may be submitted at any time."

The Madville Times legal department will continue studying the ramifications of signing up to provide the forced counseling mandated by HB 1230. Should we sign up, we believe our credentials in providing education, counseling, and science-based women's health information will deserve the same respect and recognition from the state as the qualifications of other pregnancy health centers/crisis pregnancy centers around the state.

Are the CPC's registered with the SNL orginal Church Lady moves? Our pregnant mothers need to be danced to the door with mandated and registered Dogood steps. Also, all pregnant SD mothers need be advised about who lured them into their demise. Could it be????? Could it be?????SATAN !!!!!!!!
