Probably at one of the functions on the 2013 South Dakota Legislative Social Calendar, as compiled by the ever-courteous South Dakota Chamber of Commerce (who will make an extra effort to give legislators the business on February 21):

For the mellowest event on the calendar, try Lutheran Day, Monday afternoon, February 11, 2013, in the Rotunda. More concerted political evangelizing will take place that evening when the South Dakota Christian Schools host legislators at their open house at the Pierre Ramkota.
