I know you readers find the Benda/GOED/EB-5 story fascinating; let's see what radio listeners think! Dan Peters has invited me to speak with him and Rick Knobe this evening on KSOO Radio's Viewpoint University. Peters says our conversation will focus specifically on Attorney General Marty Jackley's efforts to keep secret the evidence he gathered in his investigation of Richard Benda's suspicious death and reporter Bob Mercer's efforts to crack those records open for the public.

The Benda segment is scheduled for 6 p.m. Central, 5 p.m. Mountain. Send Rick and Dan your questions, and tune in at supper time!

    Was exchanging texts with several people and listening. Thank you for putting a spot light on this. This isn't going away. I have not seen who supported Rep Tyler. The public needs to push for this to be looked into, those throwing politics up as a smoke screen need to be throw out of office. This is the exact dysfunction in our parties that we are all disgusted with.

    Thanks, all! Alas, I don't think KSOO archives its live audio. If y'all hit the Tip Jar, maybe I can buy myself a nice in-house studio to record radio interview! :-)

    Grudz, ask the students who've had me as their speech teacher: I can't talk without moving my arms, even on the phone.
