Bosworth Ad Supporter Used Maiden Name to Commit Petition Fraud

While illegitimate Senate candidate Annette Bosworth plays Hobo Joe, moping on a train car about God giving her a gift and then taking it away (Bad God! Capricious God! Kinda makes you want to pitch all this God fakery and wish everyone would just burn in heck, doesn't it, Annette?), she runs a campaign ad testimonial from Lachlyn Kilpatrick:

Lachlyn Kilpatrick signed sheet #4, line #6, of Bosworth's nominating petition on February 21, 2014:

Lachlyn Kilpatrick also circulated sheet #161 of Bosworth's nominating petition, gathering 15 signatures on March 23 and March 24, 2014, and obtaining Joel Arends's notarization on March 24:

Signature #13 on sheet #161 came from Lachlyn Grevengoed:

Signer Lachlyn Grevengoed lists her address as 7100 W. 65th St., Sioux Falls. So does Lachlyn Kilpatrick.

Really? Two Lachlyns at the same address? With the same penmanship?

Of course not. Grevengoed is Lachlyn Kilpatrick's maiden name. She married Nate Kilpatrick on New Year's Eve, 2013. She signed her married name to the Bosworth petition in February, swore her circulator's oath under her married name in March, but tried to boost Bosworth's signature count by signing her maiden name to the list of nominators.

In other words, Kilpatrick signed Annette Bosworth's nominating petition twice, using different names to create the appearance that two people had signed when really only one had signed.

In more blunt words, Lachlyn Grevenghoed Kilpatrick lied, just like Annette Bosworth did to get on the ballot.

I included this instance of petition fraud in my formal challenge to Bosworth's petition to Secretary of State Jason Gant on April 1. I have received no comment from the Secretary's office on whether he considered this violation of petition law in his decision to place Bosworth on the ballot.

But the Bosworth ad and these petition sheets show that the only people who can stick up for a liar like Annette Bosworth are people who themselves have difficulty with honesty.

Bonus Bosworth Blooper: Michael Fountain creates an "I'm Voting for Annette Bosworth for US Senate" Facebook page. Michael Fountain lives in Massachusetts. His Facebook profile says he is single and interested in women. Of course.

Man, on the VERY SAME PAGE she signed both as a voter and as the circulator using 2 different names. That's as strong as evidence gets to establish fraudulent intent by Lachlan. If we only had a prosecutor in SD concerned about Republican voter fraud! Bueller ... Bueller ... Bueller

Voters are going to the polls, Legitimate candidates are on the streets with volunteers and signage waving to potential voters reminding them it's election day and to vote for them.

Meanwhile at Team Bosworth HQ all is quiet with their facebook page showing negative/scam exposing comments from various posters increasing and not getting deleted along with the "Non-Endorsement" post being up for 19 hours. Still mickey mouse feel good memes are posted, Chad and Annette are spending their day surfing the net just like during the campaign but this time desperately waiting for that phone call from Fox being their last ticket for fame. They fear their opportunity might be cancelled by those pesky South Dakotans that have had enough and contacted Fox warning them of their history.

Marty it's your turn now. Please enter the stage.

Lynn, I'm hearing that the clinic and the campaign office on Minnesota Ave. are also dark today. Meanwhile, Mike Rounds himself is waving at cars at 26th and Minnesota.

Cory, I was gazing over Boz's petitions and noticed that when Fitts was notorizing the bottom of the petitions after they were completed, that his signature was completely different from his signature at the top. (like they were signed by two different people) I got as far as making note of 005,020, and 050 circulated by Annette and 009 circulated by Hofer (not Haber) Was this one of the things you pointed out to the SOS?

I hesitated to go into penmanship analysis on the challenge, especially without other samples. It's thin ground on which to make a legal argument.

Meanwhile, Mike Rounds has rented a plane and banner reading, "Vote Rounds for Senate" insert American flag between vote and Rounds.
Interesting use of campaign funds from a fiscal conservative.

Wow, that "Hobo Joe" video! An interview on Fox is a "gift from God"? Really? Definitely a gift I would not want to receive!

I find it interesting that she commented that her interview was cancelled for today due to "breaking news" to be announced on "Fox and Friends". Late breaking news that was known during daylight hours yesterday mind you. You can't tell me that their manufactured daily outrage is not scripted in advance to be launched through the echo chamber, and then quickly forgotten when it no longer suits them.

    Lynn,

Hopefully all those calls and emails to FOX "News" by Republicans pissed at Dr. Bozo were effective in keeping her off the air.

What is funny to me is all the people in her ads are patients of hers

  10. Joyce 2014.06.03

Why audio only, no video? Have anything to do with one of those two being black I wonder?

  11. Lynn 2014.06.03

Joyce it appears those adds are intended for radio since the campaign shows the same as what is posted above.

Bosworth announces a PAC Another scheme to make money.

  13. CD 2014.06.03

Her words in that announcement encapsulate all the concerns people have shared about HER. Unbelievable.

  14. Roger Cornelius 2014.06.03

I think it is foundation for the Dr. Bozo Legal Defense Fund

  15. owen reitzel 2014.06.03

thanks for the link Lynn. But I could only watch so much of her and with God's help she'll fade away (maybe to Federal prison).

  16. grainofsalt 2014.06.03

A PAC, Channette's next great money making scheme. Oh, great.

  17. Douglas Wiken 2014.06.03

Without some kind of dirty, nasty miracle, you won't have Bosworth to kick around anymore. She will be more irrelevant than a dead Dick Nixon.

Afraid, you raise an important point: the endorsers in all three of those ads were patients? Doesn't that demonstrate a breach of proper professional distance, an outright predator use of patients by their doctor? Do you think the medical board would find such conduct worth discussing?
